Bridget Donovan, M.Ed. is a growth-minded strategic design leader who has launched multidisciplinary learning and media programs that have reached millions of learners in more than eight languages across 35 countries and business regions worldwide.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to transformational impact, Bridget founded Media-Ecology (est. 2012), a professional services firm that creates human-centered learning and marketing solutions to empower people and elevate brands.

As Founding Principal & Managing Director of Media-Ecology, she partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design, build and launch mission-critical programs that achieve key performance indicators, helping organizations navigate change, connect with their audiences and reach their goals.

Her international leadership experience spans corporations, nonprofits, universities and global organizations, including serving as a senior learning and development consultant to Fortune 500 companies, a senior consultant designing multi-country capacity-building programs for the United Nations (UNICEF), director of online education at the University of South Florida, as London and East England regional training manager for Discovery Education Espresso and interactive learning manager at the Poynter Institute. Her digital media work for PBS, Discovery and others – has earned Telly, Webby and Interactive Media Awards as well as recognition from the British Film Council.

Bridget earned her master’s degree in education from the University of Cambridge and two bachelor’s degrees—in child and family studies and psychology—from Syracuse University, and she is also a certified Yoga and group fitness instructor, bringing a human performance lens to her work with teams and learners.
