Class Descriptions
Restorative Yoga
Improve your posture while building core strength and body awareness. Connect with the self in this class that consists of mainly stretch-oriented, longer hold postures (30 seconds to 2 minutes) that build flexibility and joint integrity. It incorporates guided meditation, breath and extended form techniques (using props like Yoga blocks, strap, bolsters, blankets) to safely improve alignment through the kinetic chain.
Foam-Rolling
Don’t let tight muscles lead to injury! Make the most out of your stretching routine when you incorporate foam rolling into your program. Learn the basics of releasing “knots” while lengthening tight muscles back to optimal alignment. Reduce your risk of injury and improve the function and movement of your body when you learn the basics of total body foam rolling.
Strength & Conditioning (Total Body Workout)
This class features a combination of cardio and strength-based bodyweight exercises to strengthen and condition the total body. Sculpt, tone, surprise and challenge yourself with balance-based exercises to enhance both stability and mobility. Engage the core, back and chest to train postural and diaphragmatic muscles – syncing the breadth and body with movement. Exercises with varying movement patterns make your legs stronger in every plane of motion.
